  I bought a bundle of L’occitane mini hand creams however I received a wrong item (Shiseido) which cost a lot more than the hand creams. Seller was very helpful and offered a couple of resolutions. As I could not use the facial cream, I asked for a full refund which seller agreed to. Based on this transaction, I will buy from this buyer again. Giving buyer 5 star for very good after sale service and was very polite and pleasant to deal with. Thank you.

  Broken squashed boxes with rips. No seals on the product so anyone could have tampered with the product and I cannot be sure I the cream inside the jar is not just plain sorbeline as it smells different than the previous authentic CeraVe product bought from an Australian pharmacy a few months earlier
