  Seller contacted me to say my chosen colour was out of stock, would I like a different colour or a refund; much appreciated the proactive friendly approach! Ordered a different colour, speedy dispatch and happy with products :) Recommended seller!

  Arrived on time. Well packed, in a cardboard box. The package itself in which the overalls are not sealed, but simply folded and secured with tape. I am happy with the product itself. Product tracking does not work, although there was a tracking number. Overall, it was fine.

  Initially delivered the wrong product but very quickly resolved the issue following a phonecall from myself - it was a very friendly, polite and professional conversation - the correct product arrived two days later - I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

  Never buy from Mendip Safety Supplies. I paid for 12 pairs and only 1 pair was supplied. Price is over double it is available from other sellers. They changed the page after I purchased, luckily I had printed the page. Took 5 days to deliver. Quality of customer service is terrible, agree to honour the sale amount, then refuse to honour sale amount. Reported to Trading Standards. Returned for a refund.
