  Pico 4 headset arrived in excellent condition, with all pieces exactly as advertised. It was packed very well, and arrived surprisingly quickly from Japan. Seller was proactive in making sure I was aware of the import duties now required into the US before shipping, to ensure I would have no surprises; they used DHL which simply contacted me prior to delivery to collect the fee. My daughter is now enjoying the headset, as it allows her to visit with her out of state friends on VR Chat.

  Extremely fast (overnight!!!) shipping from Japan to Wisconsin in the US. Genuine product in a DJI sealed retail box. Seller was fast and thorough with communications helping to make sure everything was on-track and what to expect regarding the new duty fees... and yes, DHL required duty and fee payments prior to delivery. It was not a minimal duty and fee but I wanted the Mavic 4 Pro battery. Good packaging and smartly prepared Customs paperwork helped to make the shipping fast.
