  This seems to be the second time that I am writing this, The parcel and content are intact and are as described by the seller. My serious criticism is with the abysmal deliverer of EVRi: the item was NOT delivered to me at my door but to a neighbour, a few doors away. the photo of the door was NOT that of my door! The inefficiency and sloppiness of the EVRi agent is neither respecting you (the seller), nor me, nor eBay, nor indeed EVRi's reputation, which is coming so much more questionable.

  This is a top-rate seller and prompt and courteous with customers. I am deeply appreciative of the trouble taken with my order, which turned out to be the wrong type and colour. I contacted them and explained, and without further ado the correct item has arrived in this morning's post, hardly a blink after my message reached them.
