  I received my order quickly and it was new in the box. Unfortunately, it got broken in transit and I reached out for a replacement. I had a tracking number for my replacement right after I sent proof that it was broken. This seller handled this perfectly and I would absolutely buy from them again. I feel that I got a good price and the shipping was fair.
