  The item was exactly what the seller said it was. The box was safely packed and the item inside was perfect, still wrapped in cellophane. Inside was a brand new Fiio Bluetooth amp that worked right out of the box. I should add that it showed up earlier than I expected. This was a pleasant surprise. Needless to say that my experience with this seller was A+ and I'd recommend them to anyone. The price was good and the shipping was free. There's literally nothing to complain about.

  I recently ordered two hookars from this company, at first I had a conversation with the seller about possibility or getting my order earlier than expected, and to my surprise, he worked with me and gave me his words, I must confess that the customer service from this company is outstanding – the team is very responsive and helpful in solving each question. Hookah was delivered on time and exceeded my expectations with quality, features,and material and everyone talked about how beautiful it was

  Items as described, received quickly. The only issue was 4 of the cans all on the same side in a row of the case were dented in the shipping process it looks like. The cans are pull tab tops and all 4 row of dents are by the very top pull-top area which always makes me nervous as far as being compromised. They arrived in a bigger than item crinkled up Amazon box with no packing whatsoever around the flat, & that's how the denting occurred I think. It rattled around too much.

  A+ seller, packaging was not so good, item was in a small zip bag in a bigger shipping bag. No packing to protect the plastic part, I'm surprised it wasn't broke.
