Über uns

Vintage Audio restoration and upgrade kits are the primary focus of our business and we take it seriously. We are active members on audio forums like DIY Audio and Audio Karma. Our kits take advantage of our experience and the experience of the audio community at large. We are proud to provide high quality USA distributor sourced parts at the lowest possible price.

While their are variations to the theme, all our restoration kits use high quality parts from authorized distributors. Signal path caps of 4.7uf or smaller are sonically superior film caps. Other ecaps are from established manufactures like Nichicon and Panasonic.

Marblehead Audio is located in Marblehead, OH. We have a brick and mortar shop minutes from the shores of Lake Erie. Our background in all things audio is extensive. My partner has been restoring gear for well over 20 years. I have a passion for both listening to and making music, having fronted a band for a time.

    Parts are new, well packaged and labeled as to where they go or what board. Online there are pdf documents to help with installation for my specific unit. Some knowledge of electronics required as the pdfs are not for total beginners. Seller had great communication and price was good. Can’t wait to try installing them! Comes with a 3D printed badge that says restored 2025.
