The set was listed as "used," but for all intents and purposes it was new. The Blu-rays were still in their original shrink wrap. Everything was complete. There was only very minor cosmetic damage to the box. This was a great price for the item - significantly less than other sellers. Would do business w/ Mandarake again! Very reputable and reliable seller.

It came well protected in bubble wrap and the packaging box was pretty thick so it wouldn’t get squished. I’ve been to their physical stores in Japan before and they always have products that I really like, such as these model kits.
