  Incredibly PROMPT with responses and HELPFUL in clarifying questions (ie. if my laptop was compatible and how to indicate the color wanted). Some of the BEST customer service I've experienced on eBay! The Mac Accessories Store, provides such exceptional service that when my cover arrived with a super tiny line in the plastic, I just gave them a FYI but let them know I did not need a replacement for cosmetic imperfections. They immediately mailed me a replacement and kept me updated.
