  Good seller ,reached out to get information from seller about package not being shipped after a day ,contacted buyer ,gave me good information of the package and provided tracking info , also replied with “if package not shipped within a day ,a full refund will be sent” package got shipped within the hour due to a delay in the carrier service ,other than that good value parts and good appearance and most of all good quality , will definitely be back to buy again good condition A1 parts🤌🏼

  The timing tool set was a life saver it came in 3 or 4 days I unpacked it and used it they did the job they were intended to do. Fast shipping and tools were as described in add if not better I would definitely buy from lucyhouse 20 again thanks everyone

  My 13500 lb wench with steel cable and remote , failed to operate per installing instructions, seller want to pay me 50 dollars USD , to fix locally, labor in USA is way too high won't cover return gas milage for differance, sorry filed return with eBay corp , Box busted open parts missing purchased missing parts and won't work in forward or reversed 🥵,I must find a way to repackage wench to return seller did not respond in 3.5 days not open weekends , I will not buy this seller again shickster

  I don't have any problem with your winch or your service. I do, however, have a problem with whoever. Shipped, it looks like a literally just threw the thing everywhere they could throw it. They should not be paid for treatment stuff like that. As a result, they tore the box so bad. It's missing part of the hardware. Don't worry about it, I'll get it. Again again, fire the shipper.
