  I have to say that this seller has gone far above and beyond to make sure this vase arrived in pristine condition. Cushioned on all sides. double boxed and bubble wrapped. I believe she must have spent hours preparing this purchase for its journey. Her efforts are appreciated greatly. I have seldom seen such efforts before. A person who genuinely has empathy for her customers. I can offer only kudos and many thank you's for insuring that my purchase arrived both quickly and safely.

  I was disappointed as the item arrived broken. But Liz was quick to respond, issued a refund ASAP and kept in touch throughout the whole process. I understand things happen especially during shipping. I would definitely purchase from her again if given a chance.
