  I had legitimate concerns and questions about how the seller shipped the item. Rather than trying to answer those, she was only overly defensive and fairly rude about it. I did not demand or even ask for any extra services. The seller actually said, "I reported you to eBay for harassment and demanding services not offered in the item description." Oh my!! Perhaps the seller was having a bad day?

  The buyer needed the item by 10/3 sent internationally. I shipped it within hours even paying out of my own pocket for upgraded shipping. Despite this, the buyer sent threatening messages regarding delivery timing, even researched my personal address and nearby shipping facility, and insulted me and my business standards. This item was delivered on time, but he still leaves negative feedback. I did report him to eBay and absolutely believe it was necessary due to this buyer’s harassing behavior.
