  I was disappointed with the way my order was packed, the photo's of all the pillows of all the pillows in the listings have the pillows placed in bags with the pillows arranged vertically the bag however my order had the pillows folded over and then placed in the bag which resulted in them being creased and crushed in transit which hade to be placed in the tumble dryer to removed needed a bigger bag than the one used.

  You were right I was wrong. Called in Premier early today to CONFIRM THEY WERE100% not in receipt of item and they had returned it. EELL , He then told me it was going back today approx4pm and to call back at130pm to speak to Manager !! I returned with my passport and iPhone EBay app. THANKFULLY WE OVERCAME THE ISSUE OF NO AUTHORISATION REFERENCE. I THANKYOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE and I APOLOGISE FOR MY MESSAGES OF FRUSTRATION.
