  Great seller! Had problem with purchase but they made it right. Following are details: Transformer received promptly, as-described, and electrically fully functional. Unfortunately, mounting legs were bent in-transit due to inadequate packaging. (In seller's defense, the transformer is quite heavy and awkwardly shaped.) Item was repairable, and seller cheerfully provided an appropriate partial refund to offset the repair cost. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

  The item showed up as advertised, in very nice shape, expertly packed, and exactly what I was looking for. I even screwed up the shipping address and was able to get it corrected before it shipped so that it landed out my work on a loading dock. I would absolutely buy from this seller again.
