  The item was accidentally missed on am order with other discs. I notified the seller. The seller quickly responded with great communication skills in a professional manner. I was immediately sent the missing item plus refunded more than what I paid for the missing item. The item arrived packaged very well, just like the rest of the order. Awesome seller with awesome communication skills and customer service. I highly recommend this seller.

  This was a truly excellent EBay experience. The LaserDisc was sent out very quickly. When the package originally arrived it was for a different edition (very easy mistake to make). I sent a quick message and within hours, the correct item was in the mail. It has now arrived extremely well packaged. An excellent seller is one who is excellent even if there is a hiccup in the process, and LD Empire is just that - an excellent seller. A bonus is the amazing flipped turtle sticker on the box! :)
