  I purchased this item but it wasn't the correct fit. I selected the wrong model number. The shop worked with me by providing me with a return label and advised me of the correct item needed. I sent it back and purchased the correct item from their shop. Communication was very good.

  The replacement screen was in immaculate shape. It was the perfect fit for my laptop. There was an instruction card included that I referred to when installing it. I also used a YouTube video. They even included the double-sided tape that I needed. Once I powered it on, it worked wonderfully. No scratches, no faded spots or fingerprints. It also came packaged well for safe shipping.
