  Seller pulled a bait and switch and did not send the item pictured in the auction, rather they sent an item that looked completely different. Seller has further continued to be unresponsive and not attempting to remedy the situation. Perhaps the eBay case and this feedback will get their attention, in which case I will retract this if they do the right thing.
