  The item arrived well packaged and undamaged. Kudos to the individual who placed the robustly bubble wrapped item into a cleverly adapted used 65 inch TV box stuffed with styrofoam pieces which protected it from shipping abuse. The Santa face itself is in mint, like new condition however, the backing is flimsier than I hoped for. I gave 1 Star for Seller Communication as I sent two messages to the seller before I made the purchase to inquire about the back surface and received no replies.
