  No returns excepted, so unfortunately no way to remedy this. So this is my review as follows; The Item received is broken. The launcher for the toy has cracked plastic and a loose spring. It is not in great or excellent condition as described in listing. Broken components not pictured/in their listing description. I would highly recommend asking for more information or pictures with this seller. It was packaged well. Shipping time was moderate for speed. Value not there otherwise. My kid is sad!

  Unfortunately, as her eBay screen name implies, she's crazy. Shesh! I would have been more than happy to refund you the $8 you spent on the item you are referring to. However, you never once communicated any issues to me along with pictures to support your concern. If this item was truly broken, which I do not believe it was due to your lack of communication, I would have certainly resolved this for you.
