  This is nothing but retaliatory fdbck. I left fdck for this buyer for POSTAGE DUE & saying card was TOTALLY covered with tape. The card almost got damaged opening it. I have been a seller since 2007,18 yrs on eBay with fdbck of 12769. My buyer has fdbck of 3648 so they only know how to be vindictive. If you send me POSTAGE DUE items I will post negative or neutral every time. Your buyers need to know this,you need to be honest. $20.a month of overcharged postage is unacceptable EBAY NOTIFIED
