    Seller didnt ship item till the last expected ship date. When i messaged them i got a bunch of excuses that didnt make since. They tried saying the original item was lost in shipping when the tracking shows it was never dropped off to be shipped. Then they sent a “second” one out knowing full and well it was the original item they never shipped. Horrible sell, if you order from them make sure you remind them to ship your order…

    I am amazed at my experience with this seller. Ordered 7 drives, all came packed incredibly well, and even though one was bad (they're used, it's expected) the seller replied extremely quickly and sent a new drive no questions asked, and provided a shipping label to send the defective one back. Upon receiving the new one, it works perfectly and my server is happy again! Overall an amazing experience.

    Fantastic price. 1st laptop had issues, seller made good and replaced with a different laptop that so far no issues found. No dings noted in cover. Nice condition. Pleased. Good experience with communication with seller over the issues of the 1st laptop, glad we could work things out.
