  Excellent service! Prompt response on questions, fast shipping and guitar was as good as new even when described as store demo. Was packaged well, box was sealed carefully and I got for 300$ less than store price. Best experience on eBay with any seller and would recommend to any one looking for a new guitar!

  Seller was very responsive. Item exactly as described and in better condition than I was expecting. The packaging was not as sturdy as I was expecting. Only a single box. It was shipped in original Yamaha box but risky for such a fragile item. Fortunately, instrument was not damaged in shipping. However the box it was shipped in sustained heavy damage in transit. Buyer beware. Because the experience was seamless from beginning to end I have no problem giving seller positive review.

  I was familiar with this retailer, their reputation and a family owned business and the price was very fair. I couldn’t lose and I was right! Great communication, packed very well.   Shipped in original Martin factory box with ample padding. Even though it was advertised as used it appears in new pristine condition, so even better than the description. A wonderful value at $100 less than Martin’s list price. Free shipping was also another added value as well. Extremely satisfied and would gladly order from them again. A great experience!

  Great banjo, good price, exactly as described, packed well, shipped fast. Highly recommended seller. Shipping wound up taking longer than it needed to with several wildly incorrect tracking updates from DHL (which are still ongoing now even though the banjo has been delivered to me!), but that's DHL's responsibility and beyond the control of Morrell Music.
