  Tbh I wldnt have bought these for a dollar at the goodwill. Extremely scratched but It's my bad. I didn't look at the pictures close enough. Seller said they do refunds but it's not worth the shipping. The plates will become my next mosaic project.

  Shipping and packaging was fine, but the item was painted sloppily, covering rust and corrosion, and that was not apparent in the photos. I have bought 4 of these from various sellers recently and this is the worst of the bunch and it was priced at the top of heap. I take full responsibility for not digging deeper and asking for better photos, so I am not blaming the seller, so much as making a cautionary point about making assumptions. So, not a positive transaction on my end, for sure.
