I was a casual Ebay seller and buyer for over 20 years, but in 2022 I decided to get more serious about selling and I opened this store "KEWL STOUGH" pronounced "Cool Stuff". Books & music (vinyl records) are my main niches, as well as pop culture items art /collectibles, but I'll sell just about anything. I strive to be as honest and as accurate as possible about describing every item's condition, and I take great care in packaging everything, (That includes books) . Although my store policy is to ship within 3 business days- I almost always ship within 24 hours, AND if you pay in the a.m. before 9 or 10 pacific, I often ship the same day- (but I cant make promises about that). I generally dont take returns except in certain circumstances, I just ask buyers to please reach out to me if they are upset about their order, and I will try to do what I can to fix the issue. I will consider any return on a case by case basis-
