  This was the most uncomfortable experience I have had by a seller. I stated the reason the item did not match the website description and needed to return. I waited for a label after clearly stating my need and that his resolution did not meet the need. I initiated a return and received a disappointing response that was offensive and blaming of the buyer for initiating a return. Then it was noted that after a week I had not been refunded until ebay stepped in.
