  Really pleased with the all-round experience. Extremely helpful seller - responded to my (multiple!) questions quickly and courteously. Rail is perfect. Came really well packaged in bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard tube.

  Item was delivered on time - it's great quality and fit for purpose, but was, through no fault of KederUK, damaged in transit. I sent a message via ebay to explain and ask how we can resolve it and within 10 minutes the seller called me to apologise and to see if their best delivery date for a replacement was fast enough for me. As I write this, the replacement is due in a couple of days, but if my experience is anything to go by, buy from these guys with confidence. Outstanding service!

  Item as described good comms a problem with delivery (nothing to do with seller), but seller dealt with it really well once the seller was aware. Have purchased before from the seller and would highly recommend first class eBayer.
