  Item arrived damaged/defective. I took pictures immediately upon opening the package and sent to the seller. I even offered to fin a solution other than refund or replacement (I was willing to try to make the repair if he would send me the necessary parts). The seller's response was "that's not how it was when I shipped it." I purchased this product through ebay to "support the little guy" instead of going through a bigger business. This guy is the reason people are gunshy about buying on ebay.

  Item was shipped in new, undamaged condition. Buyer provided photograph of J hook with a riveted rubber flap where you can see the indentation on the rubber flap where the rivet head was, but not is loose on his workbench. Cap on end of J hook had been partially popped loose at an angle. Appears buyer tampered with product. Buyer asked for a easy solution. He was advised a #12 flat head self tapping screw can be used to secure the center of the flap in lieu of the rivet.
