  The product arrived as described, and very well packaged. Had an issue arise with a download code for a purchase I made, and after attempting to reach out to the developer with my escalation, I didn’t get anything resolved. Not only did the seller keep an open line of communication with me throughout the entire process, but they stood behind their product, and helped me resolve it. I definitely recommend KaterUSA & will continue to do business with them. Hard to find sellers like these nowadays.

  Item arrived as advertised within a bubble wrap safely and within the time advertised. Seller responds to messages quickly, within a couple hours in my case. Pricing of the game is on the lower end of other sellers, making this store a great one to check out to see if they have a game needed in your collection. Thanks!

  Despite the shipping issues. Having these games I grew up with on Switch is remarkable. Copies were as described, new in package. Took almost two weeks to receive due to it ending up in LA for some reason but the package made its way back to the east coast and into my hands. I appreciate the sellers help in contacting the USPS to find the package.
