  Monitor seems to work and did in fact come with everything including the base, box. Manual. Power cord. It's definitely used, price was decent, seller took his sweet time shipping the monitor out, but thanks for UPS getting it here quickly regardless. Won't be buying from this particular seller again as it took a few days for him to get it taken to UPS and also the seller has absolutely no communication and while they took their time after I paid they rejected my cancel order request..

  Ordered 2 monitors, both arrived in the same box but were packed well and arrived with no damage and work great. They did have a 3rd party mount, but that was easy to remove. No scratches on either of them. Great shipping speed and all the cables were included! Great seller and a great deal on monitors! Thanks!

  When I read "New - Open Box" I thought it would be an unused item that was open, but it has been used. Nonetheless, the TV is in excellent condition, and it arrived well-packed and four days before it was estimated to arrive, and I paid nearly $100 less than I would have for a new one. I'm very happy with my purchase.
