  This customer unfortunately ordered the wrong sizes. We offered a free return so we could quickly resolve the issue, but they requested a full refund without sending the rings back.   Shipped quickly and was packaged to ensure safe travels. They had to resize the ring to fit me and it was done promptly and without flaw. The ring is a little lighter than I thought it would be but it matches the description. I prefer heavy rings.
