  The original listing stated that the item was new. After receiving the item, it was obvious that it had been used. I contacted the seller and explained the situation. He stated that he had acquired it in an estate sale and when he opened the box it appeared to be new. The seller apologized and without hesitation offered a refund. Very good and fast communication. Very POSITIVE experience. I would recommend this seller.
