  Received my Airpods today and they look good. I connected them and noticed the noice cancellation wasn't working. I made a call with them and the quality was poor. I took them to the Apple Store to see if there were was an updated needed. They told me that the Airpods are not Apple but a counterfeit. When I contacted the seller and informed them they said no refunds. I believe that selling a product that is not what you you state it is, possible a crime. BEWARE of retailer.
