  They sent a felt hat from Hong Kong to the US in a poly bag, no bubble wrap no box and the hat was smashed and now has creases on top, on the side and back. Seller says he can't see a problem. We will get Ebay involved. This is not the hat pictured. Who would wear this? What kind of a Seller ships a felt bag in a poly bag, a Bad Seller.
