Delivery was prompt. The item was exactly as expected; however, what I didn't realize is that weather in our area may be a factor given the colder temperatures. There is a lot of plastic which is not good. Hence, I am giving the product four stars. We have it installed now and blanketed with a back flow cover. Fingers crossed there are no problems.
