  So, as many others have said, seller is deceased. It's a pain to get refunds when dealing with Ebay because they make you wait so long, but if you wait and mark it as not received you'll get your refund in about a week.

  I’ve been try to get a refund was notified the seller will be out of the office till Jan 1 next year with a eBay notification that he is dead yet I’m having to fight for a refund I have not received item nor think I will cause I was notified the SELLER IS DEAD!!!! Do not purchase anything from this account there is no service and eBay’s automated system is being miserable for a refund.
