  Shipping was quick and easy, package was taped to high heavens and very secure, boots were exactly as described, and overall the whole transaction was well worth my while. Super happy with the boots and excited to wear them out. A dot of metal epoxy, some leather cleaner, and a good leather conditioner is all they needed to look their best.   Item description just said “new”. Sure it had tags, but there were also multiple unknown stains on the lower back hem. I got a quote from several cleaners in my area and the average was about $30 being that the stains are of an uncertain origin. I contacted the seller on several occasions suggesting a partial refund for that amount and I would gladly leave positive 5 star feedback. Unfortunately, that’s not what happened. Offering a refund for a return was not an option I would entertain
