  Excellent packaging carrier moved package slowly and that is not the fault of the seller but could have chosen a faster service. Question whether the product was actually new or an open box that had previously been used. Either way, the seller offered a good price and communicated that they would be willing to resolve any issues. Overall satisfied.

  Item received as described (open box) and all items were received including the manual. Most of the product was received in an unused state. This product was purchased at a great price and the seller's communication was fantastic. A+++++ seller and would do business again with this seller.

  The headphones arrived on time which was very fast. The packaging was great. I had a problem with the headphones and reached out to the seller. They responded right away and offered a full refund including paid for the shipping to return them. Great seller. Will purchase more from them in the future.

  Excellent quality and very sturdy. I was pleased. It was a wee bit expensive, but so worth it. It looks really nice was delivered on time. Looks good also. The seller was very prompt when I asked about the sturdiness of the pack and I got a quick reply and he was right on. It is very sturdy. I kinda look down on no returns, however in this case I was willing to risk it as the pack is an excellent idea. And I am not one bit sorry. Johnathan I would really do business with you again 5 stars.

  Took awhile to get due to shipping issues. The box was pretty beat up but all the pieces were there. Seller does respond fast to messages even though they never followed up about the shipping issue after they said they will look into it.
