  Wasn’t like new condition, was shipped in a bubble mailer so had a bunch of damage to box which makes it no longer a collectible , should’ve been shipped in a box , not to mention I ordered on the 4th and seller waited till 9th after I messaged them to ship

  I wish you would have reached out to us so we could have made things right here. First, we did have it indicated on our shop that we were on vacation till July 8th. So I shipped out your DVD as fast as I could. Secondly, we have shipped a lot of DVD's using the bubble mailers and was not aware of any issues. If you would have reached out, we would have been more than happy to make things right here. We apologize that you did not have a good experience.
