    I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and returned it just the same day as I had received. It wasn’t gonna get a return label until five days later. Ask them if I could get one sooner due to me going on vacation and there was no hesitation. It was really wonderful to be able to mail something off before you takeoff and not miss the date of returning it. Definitely great customer service would buy from this company againand not return it lol

    New screen works great. Part shipped quickly and very secure packaging. There was a slight mixup with the tracking number but seller cleared it up immediately after a quick message, good communication. Only issue is the touch board is pictured in the listing but not included when the screen was delivered. If you need a board you'll need to supply your own or get no touch. Client is OK with that because JKComputerParts has the best price available, but it was a bit disappointing. Still, 5 ⭐!
