  Item WAS new, OEM as advertised/expected, in original branded, sealed box. All good. However shipping was MUCH delayed, however, seller was responsive when I inquired about the delay, but had not contacted us to forewarn us about this.

  The product is in good to excellent quality, arriving in excellent condition with an appearance that matches the listing. Communication from the seller was clear and professional, and shipping through their Amazon was a bit interesting. After researching the value for the same unit is listed as MSRP $89 in Amazon while the seller’s page showed approximately $110, which I accept was my oversight for not checking beforehand.

  Thank you for fast service and fast reply to my question. You might consider either mark box appropriately or mail with icebag. The postal deliverer left the box in the sun, without ringing the doorbell. Toblerone was soft, but still good.

  Returned item; as the wrong item was shipped. Ebayer-seller was very gracious with the return process. It wasn't the Ebayer's fault as it was the fault of the distributor (another company altogether.)

  Very happy with the item and the transaction. Fast delivery, there was an issue with the item. When I notified the seller he responded quickly and politely. If an opportunity comes up to purchase from this seller i will not hesitate to buy from them.
