  I ordered a ladies coat. The coat itself is fine. Very new condition, and as described. Kind of smells like dog poop though. Shipping- seller waited almost a week with no communication, and when I asked about it then it was shipped. Packaging- the package was completely open on one end and doesn't look like it had ever had any tape or anything on it. I rarely ever leave negative feedback, but I just feel like this seller could do better. The coat seems to be a good value, after I wash it.

  you bought the item on friday, monday was a holiday. the item was shipped tuesday. that is 1 business day shipping time!!!!!! as far as the item being opened, we did not cut your package open before shipping it, it was obviously damaged in shipping. you are blaming us for everything that we did not do.
