  Great service. Seller contacted me to inform me of minor imperfection that he found on item purchased. He gave me a discount for that issue. This is my second time dealing with this seller. He's great and will continue to do business with him.

  Seller could not ship item. Agreed to cancel. Ordered another set else where. And all of a sudden seller is trying to find other ways to ship either costing more for shipping or trying to negotiate with a lower cost. My cost for shipping is already high since I live in Hawaii. But we already agreed to cancel the order and seller refused to cancel and give a refund. Reason for dispute and negative feedback.

  sorry for your experience but this is happening worldwide, as for negotiation, thats just us trying to work it out with u(buyer) , we did refund at the end when you purchased else where
