  Love my new Brumate! While the box was a bit crushed, the tumbler was perfect! Great, timely shipping and communication. However, the USPS leaves a lot to be desired, no reflection on you! I just received it today, so about 5 days later than expected! I would def buy from this seller again!

I thought the figures were an excellent value, and I appreciate that the seller shipped them all in one package.   Item arrived without issue. The packaging was poor because they elected to send items in a polymailer with no padding. I don't mind polymailers, but these are collectibles and in new condition. Hence, I need the boxes to be in perfect condition too. Nonetheless, I am happy with my purchase. Good value and quality.
