  This seller is very kind, responsive, and understanding! My local post offices lost the shipment for over a week, and they were very helpful in searching for a solution even though USPS did not help me at all. Not their fault - the card eventually arrived and was in perfect shape despite my post office apparently running over the envelope with a truck? Hahaha. Thank you so much!
