  I had a great experience with this seller. First, I was delighted to find pants I really liked at a good price. I ordered 4 pairs in different colors, all XS. One pair was mistakenly sent in the wrong size (XXS). When I contacted the seller, they apologized sincerely and quickly sent the correct size, with a prepaid envelope to return the XXS, all at no cost to me. They made the whole process easy and were clearly concerned with making it right. I was very impressed with this seller!

  Seller shipped wrong size item. Did not have correct one in stock, offered alternatives, but none where what I ordered/wanted. Returned and was issued refund. Nice seller, but just time consuming and shouldn't have been sent wrong item or sold something that was out of stock.

  There was a shipping problem with this item. No fault of the seller but rather the USPS. They lost it and it finally came a week after the USPS said it was delivered. I would like to thank the seller for working with me. The Seller even sent a second one. The seller went above and beyond and was truly helpful in resolving my issue. I would definitely buy from them again. The item was in perfect condition. Great job Seller and thanks again for being patient and working with me. Well Done!!!
