    The excellent feedbacks for this retailer are deserved. The computer was well packaged and received quickly. The only thing wrong was that the item did not have the DVD unit as described. I can't give 5 stars because of this. However this was quickly resolved as Luke did not argue and quickly gave a refund to allow a purchase of an external unit. For communication and friendliness they deserve 5 stars. Highly recommended.

    Item arrived exactly as described. Correspondence with seller excellent. Prompt delivery, ordered on Sunday arrived on Tuesday and that included having the option of software being loaded onto computer. Would certainly use this company again and would definitely recommend.

    Firstly, yes the computer case does have a couple of marks, but that is to be expected with age. Inside where it counts is immaculate, and as the computer will be out of sight, not a problem. The computer is as described, it’s fast and Windows 11 starts up instantly. It was priced extremely competitively, communication was great, and it arrived promptly and well packaged. A thoroughly recommended vendor.
