Companies that set them up, put them in the box and never issued them to employees. So if you are looking for one that hasn’t been used heavily, beat up, or isn’t a refurbished unit with questionable hours, and you see what you want here listed as NOS, it will have the quality, appearance and value factor you are looking for.
