  Unfortunately the first package went missing. It was posted quickly with Royal Mail on a 48hr delivery service but on the tracking it got to the national sorting office and stopped there. The seller was extremely helpful and let me know within 24hrs that Royal Mail had misplaced the parcel and asked whether I was like a replacement or a refund. The replacement arrived in 3 days. The item had been packaged well and was as described. Excellent value for money and customer service. A+++

  Sometimes you only find out how good a seller is when there's a problem, initially only one set of pruners sent but a message to the seller was resolved straiight away with an apology and another set same Day, excellent service 5⭐👍🏻

  Great kit and very versatile (My second of these from the same seller. My son has the first) Incredible seller. So responsive to questions and offering solutions to problems. (Kit had been opened & used at the whole-seller) Willing to send out a new kit as an exchange from my first message. No fafing back & forth like some (Chinese) sellers on here. A refreshing change and a seller I heartily recommend.
