After we returned the surface laptop they shipped a replacement with priority shipping. It was in terrific condition and works perfectly. It looks like new, with no issues at all. Thank you!     Absolutely satisfied with this purchase! The DJI Osmo SE came in super good condition — looks and works just like new.     Arrived perfectly, in the best packaging I’ve ever seen for a video card—shipped like a laptop. Card works beautifully, pristine condition, looks brand new. Exactly as described and a great deal. Would absolutely buy from this company again. Only delay was waiting for the right power supply to test it, but once I did, flawless.

    Excellent experience all around. The Mac arrived safely packed and very quickly. Seller described the product as grade “a” and honestly it is hard to tell it is not new. Price was below what I expected to pay for such a great product.
