They were on vacation when I purchased my items and realized the sale items that said discounts applied actually charged full price. I emailed, immediately, asking to cancel order and see what happened and that if was the full price I wanted to cancel the order. They had 3 days to respond from the date of their return to when they shipped the order, but chose to ignore the messages

When I went to check out my cart said the discounts/offers had been applied. Completed the purchase and the. Got a summary of the order and they charged full price. I immediately emailed, and pointed out what happened,and that if it was going to be the full price for the 15 cards I would like to cancel the order and purchase the few cards, I actually was going to buy. Message 3 times. No response.
